Important Shipping Update
We want to keep our customers informed about recent shipping delays affecting some orders. These delays were due to two separate factors: the Lunar New Year holiday closure and unexpected new tariffs on incoming shipments.
Lunar New Year Shipping Schedule
- Lunar New Year took place in the two weeks leading up to February 4.
- Orders placed during this time were notified that shipping would begin on February 4.
- To ensure transparency, we:
- Sent advance email notifications to customers.
- Displayed a shipping notice banner on our website.
- Included reminders in order confirmation emails and text messages.
- All orders were packed and ready to ship at the earliest possible opportunity once FedEx resumed operations.
New Tariff Delays & Resolution
- As FedEx resumed shipping, new U.S. government-imposed tariffs on incoming shipments caused additional processing delays.
- This resulted in a backlog of packages and longer-than-expected processing times.
- As of February 7, the U.S. government has removed these tariffs due to the significant backlog they created.
- We now expect shipping to begin normalizing over the next week, and this temporary disruption will ease as things return to normal.
What We’re Doing
- We will pay fees (if any)—no action is needed on your part.
- Our team is actively following up with FedEx to expedite deliveries as quickly as possible.
- We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. Our goal is to keep customers informed to help them manage their business, and while we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, the tariffs imposed by the U.S. government introduced challenges that we could not plan for or control. We remain committed to ensuring a smooth delivery process and will provide any necessary updates.
