Tariff Shipping
To avoid further delay, we’ve proactively re-shipped affected orders at our own expense using FedEx Priority International (3–5 business days).
Due to the high tariffs enacted in April, we introduced a free economy shipping option for special order colors to provide customers with more flexibility on pricing. This method relies on consolidated shipments that are flown when cargo space becomes available, then delivered via FedEx or UPS after clearing customs. While this option significantly reduces shipping costs, it does come with longer delivery windows — typically about two weeks.
Important Update:
Some recent shipments using this method are experiencing customs-related delays. These packages have been in the U.S. for over a week and are currently waiting for U.S. Customs (CBP) to release them for final delivery. These delays are unfortunately beyond our control, but we are actively monitoring all packages and expect tracking numbers to begin updating as they clear customs. We appreciate your patience during this process.
At the time of ordering, customers had the option to select either:
-
Free Economy Shipping (about 2 weeks)
-
Priority Shipping (3–5 business days via FedEx)
If you selected the free option, your order is being fulfilled as expected under that method. As tariffs have recently eased, we are now able to offer faster and more consistent shipping timelines:
-
Economy Shipping – 7–10 business days via FedEx
-
Priority Shipping – 3–5 business days via FedEx
We understand that delays can be frustrating, and we’re doing everything we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
