Refund policy

We provide a huge selection of high quality film at a reasonable price and in order to be able to do that we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Any customer is able to request a free swatch chip to confirm color prior to making their purchase.

We will remedy warranted issues such as an incorrect color or defects by exchanging and/or providing new product of the same color. If you believe you have a warranty claim, you must contact us immediately so we can help with a remedy. We will not be able to help if you continue use and have failure after the fact.

Exchanges are granted only in the case of an accepted warranty claim. We require the email of photos of the issue and the return of defective material in order to validate a warranty claim. The process for a warranty claim is 1. Contact us via text or email. 2. Fill out the provided form 3. Use the prepaid label provided to return a sample of the product for testing. By purchasing from this website you agree to this process and circumventing this process will result in legal action.

If your claim is regarding an incorrect color received, you must provide a photo of the product in the box it was received in. Do not proceed with install. There will be a restocking charge if the product has been partially used. If more than 30% of the product has been used we can not replace it.

Vinyl color can vary between batches due to the nature of the manufacturing process. Factors such as raw material differences, equipment settings, and environmental conditions during production may result in slight variations in color. This is a common characteristic across the vinyl industry and affects all manufacturers.

Please note that once an order is shipped, any additional footage ordered at a later time may come from a different batch, which could result in color differences. To minimize this risk, we encourage you to contact us before placing a new order to match a previous one. While we will make every effort to find the best match, we cannot guarantee an exact match, and by placing a new order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

If your claim is regarding damaged product, you must provide photos of the product and the damaged packaging so we can file a claim with the shipping service.

The most common cause of premature vinyl wear is improper maintenance. Soaps found in car washes are often too acidic for vinyl and cause a break down of the UV protective coating. In order to validate a warranty claim for discoloration, proof of care must be provided in the form of purchase history of vinyl safe car wash along with proof of ceramic coating. Please refer to our care instructions for how to properly maintain your vinyl.

Labor and other costs related to (but not limited to) install, removal, or lifting clear coat/paint will not be covered under the warranty. Any material damaged after installation through a collision or normal road use is not covered. We are not responsible for installation workmanship issues. If the vinyl has lifting, peeling, or bubbling that did not appear until the after the installation was completed it is most likely due to improper installation. We provide text and video instructions as well as live help to try and ensure the installation is successful. If you or your installer is having difficulty or believe there is an issue you must contact us before continuing the installation.

Discoloration or lack of adhesion caused by application directly to body filler, rust, or other unpainted surfaces is not warrantable. Chrome is considered a specialty material that is only recommended for show car use. No warranty is provided for chrome material. Applying films from other manufacturers, such as PPF, on top of or with this product is not covered under our warranty.

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, you will need to pay a 5% fee which is the amount we are charged in credit card processing fees by the bank which they do not return as part of the refund. 

PPF products are manufactured in small quantities and may even be made to order. This can result in additional processing time before your order is dispatched. Given these logistics, PPF orders cannot be cancelled.

We use a shipping service in order to deliver special orders quickly (as described here). We prepare special orders every night and they are transferred to the shipping service. The shipping service provides us the tracking numbers approximately 24 hours later if ordered Saturday - Wednesday and the following Sunday/Monday if ordered Thursday or Friday. Once the package has been provided to the shipping service, we are unable to cancel the order. 

Once an order has shipped, it is considered fulfilled, and customers are responsible for accepting the delivery. Refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund, and any additional shipping or handling costs incurred as a result of a refusal are the customer's responsibility.

If your order was photographed as delivered at your address but you are claiming you did not physically receive it, you must contact and open an investigation with FedEx/UPS as well as get a signed and stamped police report from your local police department to validate your claim that your package was stolen in order for us to take further action. 

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address if the customer provided inaccurate information. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched, and we will do our best to update it. If your order has already shipped, you will need to contact the shipping carrier (FedEx/UPS) directly to request a redirect to a local pickup location.
For custom orders placed via a special invoice, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all details — including color, size, and shipping address — before finalizing the order.
