Shipping policy

If we have the roll in Orange County you will see multiple shipping options at check out including Ground, 2 Day, and Next Day. If it says "Special Order", it ships from our international warehouse in 1-2 business days. "Special Order Priority" ships with the fastest possible expedited international shipping which usually arrives in 3-5 business days. We have a new "Special Order Budget" option, which is FREE shipping but takes up to 10 business days to arrive due to the holiday season.

Unexpected delays due to weather or other external factors outside of our control, such as customs inspections, may extend delivery times. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We do not recommend choosing Budget if you need the material by a specific date.

We use a shipping carrier service in order to deliver special orders quickly.  Special orders are prepared every night and they are transferred to the carrier. The shipping service provides us the tracking numbers approximately 24 hours later if ordered Saturday - Wednesday and the following Sunday/Monday if ordered Thursday or Friday. Once the package has been provided to the shipping service, we are unable to cancel the order.
